Animated Series
Six episodes, four to six minutes each, one idea per episode. Nothing has been animated, storyboarded, scored, voiced or recorded. What exists is the specification below and an eight-stage approval pipeline that must clear — episode by episode — before a single frame is produced.
No episode exists. This is a production specification.
There is no film, no animatic, no voice performance, no music cue and no storyboard. Every frame described on this page is written prose. The approval pipeline starts at zero of forty-eight approvals and stays there until each one carries dated evidence from a named approver. Production cannot start on any episode whose eight stages are not all cleared.
Episode specifications
Pick an episode. Each one carries a logline, a runtime, its beats, the caption and transcript panel that would ship with it, and its own approval pipeline. Every episode ends warm, in the same kitchen, with the same rule said out loud.

Captions & transcript panel
Every specified video element ships with captions and a full text transcript. This is the transcript that would accompany the episode; no media file exists, so the panel is the whole of it for now.
Ambience: . Music and voice approvals are both unchecked below.
Approvals for this episode
Eight stages, six episodes, forty-eight approvals
The whole grid is unchecked. Tick any cell to see the pipeline behave — ticks in this prototype are a demonstration of the gate, never a record of approval. An episode may only enter production when all eight of its stages carry dated evidence from a named approver.
